Welcome to our dream! A large double lot with grass in the Keys? Yes, and totally fenced to sprawl out with the privacy your looking for. The first eye catcher is the enormous refreshing pool the kids will actually have room to play in (not a splash pool) and the tiki bar large enough everyone can relax under right there, sun or not to sun? 150' dock so you have plenty of room to tie up a boat or two. Dock has a step down area with a ladder for easy in and out, also has a fish cleaning station for the fisherman/woman not to mention the extra deep freeze and ice maker to make it easy to be ready to hit the water. Throughout the yard there are several fruit trees, star fruit, mangos, and avocados. There are several patios and decks to hang out on. Sit out back and look over the canal or out front and watch the sunrise and set or sit in the screened in deck, sip coffee while you gaze at the canal (my favorite morning spot).
Upstairs you have an open kitchen, dining and living room. All of the bedrooms are spacious, one has a king size bed and workspace in case you need to take care of some business. The other has 2 a queen bed. Master bedroom is huge with walk-in shower. Everything you would need for a well needed break.
